Graduated in Economics, Guilla had worked in the microfinance sector in Madagascar, France and Haiti. In the last fifteen years. She had been Accountant, CFO and CEO of Microfinance Institutions implemented by GRET and Entrepreneurs du Monde. In Haiti, she had her first experience in developing energy loans (solar lights, improved stoves, gas stoves, etc.) towards clients of MFIs.
She just came back to Madagascar as CEO of Baobab+ Madagascar (replacing Olivier Mutsaerts who will pursue Baobab+ adventure from Paris). Baobab+ teams are proud to reach 100% of female CEOs managing their subsidiaries!
“I am very happy to join Baobab+ team which works in a sector that I like a lot. I hope that my practical work experience and background could enable Baobab+ Madagascar to continue the progress already done so far.”
