In this context, we are looking for a: HR Performance & Data Officer (m/f)

In this position, you will have three main and complementary tasks: coordinating the digitization of the HR processes, administering the various components of the HRIS and finally, producing analyses and reports on the performance of the HR function.

Areas of responsibility

Under the supervision of the HR Development Director, your responsibilities include:

Digitization of the HR function:
  • Coordinating the projects for the harmonization, optimization and digitization of Group HR processes for the Group
  • The main processes involved are: individual and collective performance assessment, recruitment and mobility, training management, management of key people, HR reporting
Back office management and support:
  • Administer accounts, HRIS forms
  • Ensure that HR standards (benchmarks jobs, skills, grades, etc.). are consistent, comprehensive and up-to-date
  • Provide training on tools to incoming HR managers and support to HRIS users
  • Ensure a regular monitoring of HR tools
Management and analysis:
  • Create and maintain HR report templates
  • Be the guarantor of the proper data updating on the system by ensuring the reliability of the data reported by subsidiaries
  • Provide regular analysis to the various stakeholders of the Group
  • Make proposals on the governance, the methods and the tools of data analysis and visualization

Communicating about HR performance, evaluation campaigns and best practices through the available channels (including via Workplace).

Professional profile

You have at least 2 years of experience in an HR department, including significant activity and real autonomy on HRIS and data analysis.

Specific skills

Mastery of the following skills:
  • Serving attitude, facilitator and supportive, solution-oriented and able to adapt quickly to unforeseen circumstance
  • Strong personal organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and anticipate upcoming activities
  • Good project management, including IS projects
  • Use of digital tools, especially HRIS and social media
  • Proficiency in office software, especially Excel on data analysis and ideally the Google Suit
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
The following additional skills will be appreciated:
  • Use of the Talentsoft and E2Time solutions
  • Deployment of mobile applications

Travel, office and administration

  • The position will be based in Paris and attached to the Group’s HR Development Director.
  • Travel to Africa is possible, with a limit of 2 to 3 per year
  • Regular contact with the HR teams of the subsidiaries and the IT department
